Welcome everyone to week 10 of MPL Weekly picks. I’ve decided to do something different for the final 3 weeks of the MPL regular season (as I will not be doing a weekly prediction for the post-season). For the final 3 weeks, I will have a guest on the show doing half of the games and giving their own analysis. Obviously I am looking to agree with all of the games that the guest is picking as it will count to the overall record. Please welcome an owner coming off of a huge victory at the Linc in week 9, Chicago Bears’ owner, OutofLuck!

Luck: Hi Mom!

Alrighty then…..Luck will be giving his short analysis and predictions for all of the AFC games while I will take care of the NFC. The playoff picture is beginning to crystallize with some important match-ups remaining that all are within the division. We did pretty good last week going 12-3. Enough rambling, let’s get down to the picks

The Ravens are coming off of a big upset last week against the Broncos. But I don’t think that is enough momentum to carry them past Willie Parker and those Steelers.

Steelers over Ravens 24-10

This is a tough match up with two evenly matched coaches. I think MZ’s experience will give him the edge in this game to lock up the W for Cleveland.

Browns over Bengals 23-16

Tennessee is feeling good after defeating the Chargers. The Houston Texans are feeling even better as they are still the only undefeated team left in the league. And I think Houston’s season will remain perfect after this game as Houston will win big and look to end their season at 12-0

Texans over Titans 21-10

No owner for the Pats at this point

Game was already played early because someone likes to build snowmen. Indy got the upset after winning 10-3. Nice game to both coaches and good luck the following week.

Colts over Jaguars 10-3 (F)

Wade will continue his domination and will soar past the Jets. SC is going to have his hands full. It’s a shame the Jets have little talent on that team or else it might be a closer game. Wade goes to 8-2 for the season

Dolphins over Jets 27-7

Last weeks bump in the road for Denver was just a fluke. He’s had a great season and he’s going to finish strong against his division. Remo better get out his rosary because Upset is pretty pissed.

Broncos over Raiders 24-3

SD had a close game against the Titans last week but they fell short. This week, BigBoss and KK meet up in what should be a close game. I think SD has the edge with the talent on both sides of the ball to lead them to victory. Don’t count KC out though.

Chargers over Chiefs 24-19

Luck’s Bears stunned the league last week with a huge win over Ethan’s Eagles which clearly is giving him an edge for that 2nd bye spot. Chnkr and his Vikings forced Jason Campbell into a lot of mistakes last week (who hasn’t) to earning a huge W against the skins. Sadly he won’t get the same from Rex and this stingy defense

Bears over Vikings 27-13

Boy. I believe the Lions have a very slim shot at the postseason right now, but they will clearly get it done against the Packers and their winless record. Brett retire already

Lions over Packers 24-14

The Giants have been rather impressive in as many weeks as they still hope for a playoff spot. Sadly they will need to defeat and angered Eagles team that destroyed them earlier in the season. I think we can expect a better game, but I don’t see this one ending well for Eli and company

Eagles over Giants 24-10

The Bucs are hot and the Falcons have been pretty lack luster all year. Not sure if a win over the Seahawks will give you the momentum needed to defeat the Bucs

Buccaneers over Falcons 28-9

I wonder if Rodney Peete is available……..the Panthers should give him a call

Saints over Panthers 31-7

The skins appear to be pretty much out of it as the Cowboys are still battling for a playoff spot. I expect this one to be one sided as Romo has another big game and Campbell has another big game...for the opposite team

Cowboys over Redskins 28-13

I’d really like to slap the upset special on this one. But it would probably be a bit drastic. The Cards have dropped back to back games and have just looked weak on offense lately. The Seahawks have lost every game since week 1, but they played the Cards tough the 1st time around just losing 17-9. This one remains tight, but Rackers kicks a GW field goal to earn this team a much needed win

Cardinals over Seahawks 17-16

Once again this game remains big. Both of these teams have playoff hopes and the loser of this one could find themselves competiting in the NIT Tourney. Ready and those Rams have seemed to really jump into gear lately. They’re clearly a safer pick than the 49ers who have remained very inconsistent all year. I expect this one to be close and it could really go either way, but those Rams win their 5th straight here

Rams over 49ers 24-20
